🎯 Role Overview:

We’re hiring passionate Content Creators and Social Media Designers to help us build a strong digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging posts, creating short videos, memes, reels, headlines, and visual assets that resonate with our regional audience.

🛠 Responsibilities:

✍️ For Content Creators:

• Write compelling, platform-specific content in English (Kannada is a plus)

• Research local trends and pitch content ideas relevant to Mangalore and Karnataka

• Script short videos or reels for news stories and social trends

• Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging content

• Create captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored for engagement

🎨 For Social Media Designers:

• Design thumb-stopping visuals (posts, stories, reels thumbnails, etc.)

• Create motion graphics and animated posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or After Effects

• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all platforms

• Work closely with content writers to bring stories to life

• • Adapt content for different screen sizes and formats

  ✅ Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in content writing, video creation, or graphic design

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar

  • Good command over English; Kannada proficiency is a strong plus

  • Strong understanding of digital media trends and viral formats

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • A portfolio of work (social media posts, videos, or designs)
